Davenport Community School District has had the distinction and privilege of working with Dr. Adams for several years, helping us understand and appreciate the strength diversity brings to our district. He has provided stimulating information that has resulted in conversations that have provoked reflective thought along personal “ah ha” moments. As educators work to improve their pedagogy and expand their “toolbox” the impact of his work in our district will improve student learning and academic achievement.

Whether in a large group and/or individual buildings Dr. Adams’ professional development presentations are stimulating and interactive [and] serve to heighten engagement and participation by teachers and administrators alike.
